Resimac Group has appointed Logan Hilton (pictured) as regional sales manager – NSW/ACT and QLD, effective 5 January 2026. 

In the newly created role, Hilton will lead the business development manager (BDM) team across the three regions, with a focus on delivering a smoother experience for brokers.

Resimac said Hilton will be “providing brokers with stronger support and a more seamless experience, while ensuring Resimac’s lending products continues to deliver value for both brokers and their customers.”

Hilton’s promotion comes as brokers write most new Australian home loans, increasing pressure on lenders to boost BDM support and scenario expertise, and as brokers seek more on‑the‑ground help navigating constant policy tweaks and specialist solutions in key east‑coast markets.

Proven BDM steps up to regional leadership

Hilton has been with Resimac for more than four years as a BDM in NSW and is “highly regarded by brokers for his reliability, ability to structure complex deals, and his strong relationship management skills.”

Commenting on the appointment, John Athanas, general manager sales and distribution, said: “Logan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and a deep commitment to the broker channel. His dependability and ability to make complex deals work have helped brokers deliver better results for customers.”

Prior to joining Resimac, Hilton held senior roles as partnership manager with AFG and BDM with the Westpac Group. He also served with the Australian Defence Force, where he developed discipline and professionalism that continues to underpin his finance career.

Resimac also confirmed that a new NSW BDM will start early in the new year, reflecting its commitment to supporting brokers across the region.
