Resolve Finance has announced the appointment of Shelley Simpson (pictured) as the new NSW state manager, a strategic move designed to propel the company’s growth initiatives.

Simpson, with a robust background in financial services, will now lead Resolve Finance's expansion efforts in NSW.

Her experience encompasses more than 15 years in mortgage broking and corporate banking, with notable tenures at CommBank, ALI Group, and Genworth.

Shelley Simpson’s expertise and leadership

Simpson brings a strong background in sales leadership and extensive experience in finance, marketing, and operations.

Throughout her career, she has held several key positions, including regional sales leader, state manager, and national partnerships manager. Simpson holds a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking, highlighting her capabilities in sales, problem-solving, and communication.

Sandy Paravizzini, general manager of Resolve Finance, expressed confidence in Simpson’s capabilities.

Simpson’s “deep industry knowledge and leadership experience make her an excellent choice to spearhead our growth in New South Wales,” Paravizzini said.

“Her appointment reinforces our commitment to providing exceptional support to our franchisees and clients while expanding our presence in one of Australia’s most dynamic markets.”

Simpson’s appointment follows that of Chris Cummins and Hugh Miller to newly created roles as strategic partnerships managers and of Peter Easton as its new state manager for Queensland.

Resolve Finance’s strategic growth and expansion plans

This new development coincides with Resolve Finance’s strategic efforts to expand in NSW.

As NSW state manager, Simpson will lead the company’s initiatives to grow its regional presence.

These efforts include forming new partnerships and supporting the Future Franchisee Partner Program, which aims to significantly increase the company’s number of franchisees by offering aspiring brokers a pathway to ownership.

There’s also the launch of Resolve Finance’s new initiative to recruit bilingual brokers, enhancing its service capabilities to better connect with and serve Australia’s multicultural communities
