A mortgage broker has adopted Salesforce technology into its systems to help evolve its home loan process and boost broker productivity.

Aussie plans for the new technology to facilitate lead and opportunity management for its brokers, while the mobile integration will help them to assist customers “anywhere, anytime”.

The arrangement also offers Aussie brokers a “360-degree customer view” to enable a better understanding of each customer’s individual journey, as the improved reporting and data analytics creates more valuable customer conversations.

“At Aussie, we’re relentlessly focused on delivering an improved home loan experience for our customers and our brokers,” said Aussie chief digital officer Rainer Rhedey.

“We know customers’ expectations are shifting, so driving efficiency is critical.

"In a world where digital experiences are more important than ever, we want to enable our brokers to build even greater trust, consistency, and experiences through leading platforms such as Salesforce," he added.

The new rollout is just one part in Aussie’s wider strategy for the next three years.

“This investment illustrates our strategic focus, putting the customer at the centre of our business and providing them with a consistent and streamlined experience across our broker network,” said Rhedey.

“We are honing in on that one-to-one, personal experience to ensure our customers get the right experience at the right time in the right environment. In addition, this technology investment further supports our brokers to forge long term relationships with customers, as we know trust is a critical factor for customers.”

Aussie plans to continue integrating sales and service to “engineer an omnichannel experience” for customers, so they “get the most relevant experience no matter what channel they choose.”
