Aussie Home Loans and real estate agency Stockdale & Leggo have entered a strategic home loan and property partnership designed to help brokers and agents grow their businesses and deliver better customer outcomes across the property journey.
Announced to Stockdale & Leggo’s 30-office network at the agency’s annual Momentum conference on Friday, the agreement brings Aussie’s home loan and property solutions into Stockdale & Leggo’s lead generation and listings strategy for agents.
For mortgage brokers aligned with Aussie, the tie-up is aimed at opening new vendor and buyer pipelines. Under the partnership, Stockdale & Leggo clients will be supported from pre-approval through to settlement, including access to Aussie’s ‘Buy Now, Sell Later’ solution. The offering enables vendors to buy their next home first, then sell their current one later — helping Stockdale & Leggo agents secure the vendor listing, with Aussie handling the finance.
Stockdale & Leggo agents will also benefit from VPA-free listings on Aussie’s Property Search across off-market, pre-market and on-market properties, including auctions, with access to Aussie's five-million-plus customers and significant pre-approval base. That added visibility is expected to drive more qualified buyer and refinancer activity back to brokers.
