Commercial property finance specialist Thinktank has announced an extensive expansion of its team with five appointments over the last five months.

In Melbourne, relationship manager (RM) Joel Harrison will join senior RM Tony Zaccari in further expanding this newly growing office.

The Sydney head office has strengthened its team with the following five appointments:
  • Joel James as assistant manager to the RM team
  • Chrissi Sutherland in executive and sales administration
  • Scott O’Neill in credit administration
  • Joy Diehm in finance
  • Claire Byrne returning from maternity leave as senior assistant manager
“Our total focus since establishing our business in 2006 has been to provide a clear alternative in commercial property lending: an alternative where service, flexibility, reliability and value are ingrained in everything we do,” said CEO Jonathan Street.

“These appointments will continue to build on this commitment, allowing us to further expand our capability and service to our clients and network of introducers throughout Australia.”

This is a period of exciting growth for Thinktank, he added, especially with the firm set to write $1bn of loans in the near future.

“We are acutely aware that to remain competitive and stay true to our purpose we need to continue bringing fresh ideas and perspectives into the company, which is why we are extremely excited with our latest wave of appointments,” Street said.
