A lender has announced the launch of its new online portal in a bid to better support brokers.

Virgin Money intends for its newfound digital acceptance of home loan documents to lead to a more efficient borrowing experience for all involved parties.

“These enhancements are symbolic of Virgin Money’s ongoing commitment to our service proposition for brokers and customers,” said head of distribution Christian York.

The lender plans to issue the majority of future home loan documents via the new digital portal.

Customers will now be able to electronically receive and digitally accept their Virgin Money Home Loans documents “anywhere, anytime and anyplace.”

The portal will be accessible via tablet, laptop or desktop computer and will provide brokers with visibility of their customers’ home loan document signing process as well.

York said, “We remain committed to the broker channel and will continue to listen to the feedback from our broker partners as we evolve and strengthen our offering to deliver great customer outcomes.”

The lender has encouraged brokers to contact their Virgin Money BDM for additional details.
