Last night in Brisbane, a ceremony honoured the achievements of Queensland's mortgage and finance broking industry.
The MFAA Queensland Excellence Awards recognised 18 award winners for their excellence in customer service, professionalism, ethics, growth, and innovation.
“It’s wonderful to be here in Brisbane with so many industry members to celebrate the amazing outcomes our members are delivering for their clients,” said MFAA CEO Anja Pannek.
“I congratulate all our winners. We received a record number of submissions this year, and the exceptional standard of those submissions is a sign of the passion our members have for helping their clients realise their goals.”
Jacqui Webb (pictured left) from Ignite Financial NQ took out the Regional Finance Broker Award while Chris Wilson (pictured right) from Sunshine Coast Financial Solutions won the Residential Finance Broker Award.
Loan Market Greater Springfield was honoured with the Community Champion Award while Macquarie Bank took out the Major Lender Award.
All Queensland MFAA State Excellence Awards winners became finalists in their respective categories for the MFAA National Excellence Awards, which will be held in Melbourne on Thursday, July 25, following the MFAA National Conference.
Sydney will host the next ceremony on the MFAA State Excellence Awards calendar on Thursday, June 6.
