Resolve Finance has partnered with leading builder Creation Homes to offer construction finance solutions tailored to Queensland’s rapidly growing residential market.
The alliance will support delivery of more than 400 homes over the next financial year and introduce up to 15 new display homes across key areas such as White Rock, Caboolture West, Ripley, and the Sunshine Coast.
This initiative comes at a critical time, as Queensland faces a significant housing shortage.

Creation Homes Queensland General Manager Peter Ryan (pictured right) said the collaboration marks a significant step in expanding its retail presence, including over 50 new home designs for owner-occupiers.

Creation Homes, now ranked as the 16th largest builder in Australia, has opened its first retail-focused display homes in White Rock, Ipswich, and North Harbour Burpengary.
It has also launched a state-of-the-art design studio, offering home buyers direct access to premium finishes and appliances from Wattyl, Fisher & Paykel, Miele, Colorbond, Beaumont Tiles, and Laminex.
With over 500 years of collective experience among its team, Creation Homes has been recognised five years running in the HIA and Colorbond Steel Housing 100 Report as the nation’s top semi-detached builder.
Prior to this development, Resolve Finance had already been bolstering its leadership ranks to support national expansion. The company recently announced the appointment of Shelley Simpson as the new NSW state manager and Peter Easton as Queensland state manager earlier this year.
