A digital real estate marketplace has entered into a partnership with Finance and Coffee, the country’s largest finance broker community of more than 8,000.

The arrangement is part of ListingLoop.com.au's long-term goal of supporting brokers in servicing their clients, while also providing them the opportunity to earn an additional income stream.

The online marketplace pays brokers a referral fee of up to 25% of the property advertising fee, which is 0.22% of the sale price of a property, for introducing clients to its platform.

Buyers can only be assigned to one broker, who they are then linked to forever; every time that client purchases property through the platform into the future, the broker gets paid.

The online marketplace gathers new listings, including pre-market and off-market listings, together in one place while also matching buyers to the properties most relevant to their criteria.

“Through ListingLoop.com.au, brokers can offer their clients tremendous convenience and value by giving them insider access to all the latest new listings. It provides an opportunity to stay connected with pre-approved clients while supporting them in their home buying journey,” said ListingLoop.com.au CEO Rhett Dallwitz.

“In this current market, a number of real estate agencies report that they’re doing around 10- 35% of their residential transactions off-market. This is a large percentage of properties that buyers are potentially missing out on because they don’t know about them. ListingLoop.com.au brings these properties together in one convenient place.”

Brokers interested in offering the service to clients only have to add an access link to their email signature, website or newsletter – or else invite buyers directly from their own custom-branded dashboard the group provides; there are no subscription fees or lock-in contracts.

Finance and Coffee co-founder Dien Le has also welcomed the partnership.

“While it’s great to have pre-approved clients, unless they purchase a property, it’s not going to result in anything for the broker,” he said.

“ListingLoop.com.au simplifies the property search and gives buyers access to properties that they may not have otherwise found, helping them to find their property faster.”
