The Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) will host its Business Leaders Essentials program on Nov. 11-12 at The Inchcolm, Brisbane, featuring some of the biggest names in real estate, culture, and business.

The comprehensive two-day program has been carefully curated to enhance performance and elevate leadership to new heights, offering a deep dive into what makes exceptional leaders in real estate.

Speakers include Mark McLeod (Ray White International), Avi Kahn (AKG Group), Amy Wolter (Place Estate Agents), Jason Rose (Elders Ipswich), Dan Lee (Plum Property), Samantha Mclean (Ai Powered Agents), and Haesley Cush (Ray White Collective).

Facilitated by industry leader Peter Brewer (pictured), the event will help participants master the technical frameworks that scale teams and develop the personal presence that inspires peak performance.

“A must for those looking to lead with purpose”

Brewer said the REIQ’s leadership event unites top industry experts offering actionable strategies and long-term direction.

“It’s not often you get this many heavy hitters in the same program, and even rarer that you get the chance to sit across from them, ask questions, and walk away with a plan you can put into action the very next day,” he said.

Participants will leave with a 90-, 180-, and 365-day leadership plan developed through hands-on sessions and mentoring from some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals.

“Designed for ambitious professionals, it’s high in impact but small in size to ensure every participant gets meaningful hands-on interaction and the opportunity to turn the theory into real plans,” Brewer said.

Building stronger leaders

Across two days, the program will explore:

  • Building and refining a leadership mindset
  • Creating high-performance teams and workplace culture
  • Leveraging business numbers for sustainable growth
  • Harnessing technology and AI for smarter decision-making
  • Developing personal branding and influence strategies

“This is a must for those looking to lead with purpose – whether you’re stepping into leadership or levelling up, you’ll walk away sharper, more confident, and ready to take your business further,” Brewer said.

Continuing REIQ’s leadership legacy

REIQ said the program underscores its commitment to professional excellence and leadership development across Queensland’s real estate sector.

“Continuing the REIQ’s leading training track record, the bespoke Business Leaders Essentials program reflects the peak body’s commitment to raising professional standards and supporting Queensland’s real estate leaders,” Brewer said.

Spaces are limited for the November event. Full details and registration are available via REIQ’s Business Leaders Essentials.
