The scholarship, supported by key industry partners including AAMC Training Group, the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), ODIN, and ORDE Financial, is now open and will close on June 30 at 5pm AEST.
The WIF Scholarship will award two successful applicants with a scholarship valued at over $15,000 each (plus GST), covering a comprehensive package of education, mentoring, business tools, and professional support to help launch their careers.
The Women in Finsure Scholarship, exclusive to Finsure, is designed to empower more women to launch successful careers in mortgage broking.

“Whether you’re a mother who needs a flexible work arrangement... or a single operator who feels like they’re missing a sense of connection and support, our Women in Finsure community is all about giving our brokers the support and tools they need to propel themselves and their business forward,” Finsure said.
The scholarship offers a structured support system across several key areas:
The WIF Scholarship is open to any woman interested in a mortgage broking career. No prior experience in finance is required, though a willingness to learn and engage with the profession is key.
Applicants with strong communication skills, community involvement, and a desire to make a positive impact are especially encouraged to apply.
