Asset finance fintech Nodifi has appointed former Prospa head of partnerships Alex Brgudac as its new chief revenue officer.

Brgudac (pictured) will have a strong focus on strategy and distribution, as well as assisting brokers and SMEs.

His appointment follows Nodifi hiring a new BDM in Western Australia to meet increasing demand for its service in the west.

“Everything has lined up so well, it’s the right place, the right time, and strong synergies,” Brgudac said. “Nodifi is a business that continually strives for excellence and one that truly wants to make a positive impact on the broking industry.

“Ultimately I will be looking to continue Nodifi’s strategy, looking for distribution and mutually beneficial partnerships to improve our positions and help us all grow through technology to assist our customers.”

Brgudac said consumers had different expectations in the digital space and the speed of technology had forced many organisations to reinvent themselves to stand out from the crowd.

“Nodifi has very much been a broker channel business for a long time,” he said. “We will continue to grow through advancing technology and making it far more integrated within our business so brokers can provide their customers with a seamless experience.”

Brgudac said he would use his expertise as a lender to help shape the broker platform to provide a stronger service provider and lender experience for brokers.

“Brokers can focus on their customer relationships and will be less worried about the processes and documentation in the background, and our experience will continue to grow that,” he noted.

“I am really excited to have the opportunity to be involved in providing a holistic view in changing this landscape.”

Brokers can become accredited through the Nodifi website.

“It is a really simple process, and we have a great onboarding team that will show brokers the ropes and provide fantastic follow up support including marketing,” Brgudac explained. “It is a nice holistic package for brokers.”

Nodifi CEO Tom Caesar said it should come as no surprise how well respected Brgudac is within the industry through his many career accomplishments.

“We’re looking forward to having Alex join the team and lead the rollout of some significant new initiatives,” Caesar said.
