Prospa has earned a prestigious spot as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces in Technology for 2024.

Recognised by Great Place to Work (GPTW), Prospa ranked as the 10th best tech employer in the country, standing shoulder to shoulder with industry leaders like Atlassian and Adobe.

Great Place To Work uses a comprehensive For All methodology to determine its rankings, analysing extensive employee surveys from certified technology companies. The surveys assess various aspects of workplace culture, including trust, respect, and camaraderie, ensuring that the list reflects companies truly dedicated to employee well-being and professional growth.

Prospa’s cultural achievements

Prospa’s ascent in the tech sector is not just due to its innovative business lending solutions, but also its commitment to fostering an exceptional work environment, the company said.

“At Prospa, we know our success isn't just about cutting-edge technology; it’s about empowering people,” said Andrew Malak, CTO of Prospa. “We align every effort to what our customer needs, and we support our people to grow and develop their skills and their careers. Together, we redefine innovation, not just in what we create, but in how we nurture those who make it possible.”

The company boasts impressive employee benefits such as generous parental leave policies and wellness programs, contributing to an 85% employee satisfaction rate compared to the 56% average at typical Australian companies.

Greg Moshal (pictured above), co-founder and CEO of Prospa, expressed pride in the recognition:

“It is an honour to be recognised as one of the best workplaces in the technology space. It’s a true testament to the ongoing efforts from our leadership team and all Prosparians who continuously bring their best selves to work every day.

“With technology continually changing and shaping how we do business, we need great people nurturing this capability,” Moshal said. “Our people always have been and always will be our greatest asset, and we couldn’t be more proud of their dedication to fostering a culture that enables everyone to reach their potential.”
