Aussie has been named the official home loan partner for One Agency, unlocking end-to-end mortgage and property solutions for the real estate group’s 750 members across 122 offices.
The announcement, made at One Agency’s international Alive in 25 conference in Wellington, is part of a broader rollout under the Aussie for Agents platform – a zero-cost listing service aimed at connecting real estate agents with millions of buyers and vendors.
The partnership offers One Agency clients integrated support throughout the homebuying process – from finance pre-approval to settlement – including access to Aussie's signature ‘buy now, sell later’ product, designed to assist customers in transitioning into their next property.
“This partnership will enable One Agency buyers and vendors to transact more efficiently through our seamless ‘Find. Buy. Own.’ proposition,” said Rhett Dallwitz (pictured second from the left), Aussie’s general manager of agent services.
Aussie will provide One Agency agents with zero-cost listings on Aussie’s Property Search platform, covering off-market, pre-market and on-market listings, including auctions.
“Our zero-cost listings offer on Aussie's Property Search will help One Agency agents connect with more potential buyers, by marketing their listings to millions of Australians, bringing much-needed competition to a market facing escalating online advertising costs,” Dallwitz said.
The initiative also paves the way for Aussie’s upcoming Seller Assist service – a tool that will help agents secure vendor leads and appraisals via Aussie's nationwide broker network of more than 1,300 professionals and 220 stores.

The new partnership comes on the heels of Aussie’s recently launched national brand campaign for “Find. Buy. Own.,” which spans TV, BVOD, outdoor, radio and digital.
