Nominations are still open for the highly anticipated 2025 Australian Mortgage Awards (AMA) – but not for long.
With entries closing on 4 July, now is the time to nominate mortgage broking industry fan favorites. The annual awards extravaganza – this year scheduled for 17 October in Sydney – highlights the industry's top performers across 28 categories. This year's awards list includes Broker of the Year (both residential and commercial), Bank of the Year, Best in Specialist Lending, Best Aggregator, Best Regional Broker and more.
Finalists (aka Excellence Awardees) will be revealed on 11 August. But first, they need to be nominated. Don’t miss your chance to put a top professional, team or business in the national spotlight.
Tim Lemon, national sales manager at MA Money, who makes it a point to nominate colleagues each year, put it simply: "It's another opportunity for our peers to be recognized for their hard work.
"It's good for people to be nominated in their own business. But other people from other businesses don't see that," Lemon told Australian Broker. "So I look at staff in my business, who do exceptionally well, and always nominate them, because it's good for everyone in the industry to see that they are on top."
The 2025 AMAs, which celebrate excellence, innovation and the achievements of Australia’s mortgage professionals, are once again backed by major bank Westpac.
