Last call: nominations for the 2025 Australian Mortgage Awards (AMAs) close this Friday, 4 July.

With just days left to cast your vote, this is your chance to shine a spotlight on the standout brokers, lenders, BDMs, aggregators and organizations shaping the future of Australia’s mortgage industry.

"Nominating a peer isn’t just about giving credit where it’s due. It’s about celebrating the standard we all strive for, and acknowledging the people who make our industry better, one customer at a time," Tony MacRae, chief commercial officer at Bluestone Home Loans, told Australian Broker.

The non-bank lender is sponsoring the "Bluestone Home Loans Best Customer Service From An Individual Office" award.

"At Bluestone, we know great customer service is the backbone of the broker industry. It builds trust, creates loyal clients, and drives long-term success," MacRae said. "That’s why we’re proud to sponsor [this] award. This category recognizes broker offices that go above and beyond, the ones who truly listen, solve problems with care and always put their clients first. It’s a philosophy we share at Bluestone."

Paul Herbert, AMP Bank's head of lending and everyday banking distribution, added: "Regional brokers often have deep connections within their communities. And their commitment to personalized service makes a meaningful difference. Their work deserves recognition, and we encourage the industry to nominate and vote for those brokers who are delivering great outcomes for their customers."

AMP is sponsoring the "AMP Bank Brokerage of the Year – Regional" award.

"This category celebrates the outstanding work of brokers who consistently deliver exceptional lending outcomes for Australians in regional communities," Herbert said.
