The countdown is on. There’s just one week left to nominate standout professionals and organizations for the 2025 Australian Mortgage Awards (AMAs). With the ballot box closing this Friday, now’s the time to make sure mortgage industry champions get the recognition they deserve. "It’s a great opportunity to support a broker who has crafted a strategy driving efficiency and representing their clients with earnestness,” Dean Koutsoumidis, managing director at Equity-One, told Australian Broker. The Melbourne-based commercial mortgage lender and investment fund is sponsoring the "Equity-One Broker of the Year – Productivity" award.
Ian Rakhit, general manager, home buying distribution at digital lender Bankwest, is also encouraging mortgage industry professionals to cast their votes.

The 2025 AMA ceremony will be held on 17 October at The Fullerton in Sydney.
Guests are invited to don their finest black-tie outfits for an unforgettable night of recognition, live entertainment and high-powered networking. The evening will include legendary Australian singer Daryl Braithwaite as the featured act.
